Veritas Asset Verification services ensure existence, condition, and identification of fixed and mobile assets at the time of purchase or lease. Veritas is also able to verify individuals and companies.

Veritas Verification Services reduce fraud by ensuring that the asset to be actually exists, is in the condition, location and is of the make, type and model and year of construction as specified in the purchase order or lease documentation.

Verification of individuals and or companies removes the leap of faith in documents presented and adds an additional level of due diligence to existing internal processes.


In cases where no accredited manufacturer or supplier is available to verify the asset to be leased, Veritas accredited engineers may visit the location of the asset to complete the asset verification process.
