Data Security
The Veritas Orbis MMT and VeriTrace S1 GPS devices use a simplex data modem to transmit location information using short burst spread spectrum messaging and can therefore not be jammed using conventional jamming methods such as readily available low cost GSM (Mobile Telephone Network) jamming devices.
