Veritas Legally Assisted Recovery Services
The Veritas in-house legal team processes all asset and debt recovery files through the legal recovery process once the Rescheduling and Self Help and Amicable recovery processes have been exhausted. The legal team collates the information received from the debt recovery teams and prepares the case file for legal execution. To ensure continuity and prompt action the Veritas lawyers also represent the Veritas client at court.

Veritas Legal Executor Services
The Veritas Executor Network consists of independent Legal Executors in each Romanian jurisdiction, that have accepted the Veritas terms of business and the Veritas code of ethics.
Once the recovery file has been prepared by the Veritas legal team the file is assigned to a member of the Veritas Executor Network is then tasked to pursue the debtor for all monies owed from the outset executing the debtor for all assets.
