Veritas Asset Register
The Veritas Asset Register is a database of assets owned by financial institutions. Only asset identification relevant data is stored on the database together with the lease start and end dates. Access to the database is restricted to verified banks, leasing organisations and law enforcement agencies.

As an independent international register of assets currently under lease or hire the database reduces lease fraud by reducing the risk of the same asset being leased by several leasing companies.  Leasing and hire companies can check financial status of assets. Law enforcement agencies can confirm the ownership of a specific asset.

Asset Lease Status Information
Any Veritas accredited client may view a listing of all assets currently registered by any accredited client. The leased asset details viewable are limited to the asset Type, Make, Model and asset specific serial numbers as well as the dates of lease commencement and cessation.
Asset Lease Details
Accredited Veritas clients can view all leased asset details, lessee and lessor detail, lease conditions any any other information registerd on their own leased assets. The view of leased assets registered by other clients is restricted to the Asset Lease Status Information as described above.
Leased Asset Register Access
