The Veritas Asset Monitoring solution is an automated process that constantly updates asset location against customer defined geofence, movement and reporting criteria. Monitoring provides an additional level of comfort when supplying high risk mobile assets, to high risk clients in high risk geographic areas. Monitoring aids the recovery process in the case of default.

The Veritas Asset Location Monitoring provides a trigger of exceptions to normal usage of an asset that are used to provide comfort to the leasing or hire company that the asset is used in accordance with the lease or hire terms for asset security, usage and tax purposes.

Leased Asset Monitoring Services
The Veritas leased asset monitoring services provide an additional layer of asset security in cases where leasing companies wish to monitor leased asset locations during the lease term, at the end of the lease or when the lease agreement is in default and after asset loss due to fraud or theft.

GeoFence Monitoring
Leased assets can be geofenced to a specific location using the VeriTrace LIVE, VeriTrace MMT and VeriTrace S1 GPS asset tracking devices. If the leased asset is moved outside the geofenced location then the Veritas monitoring teams are notified by email and or SMS text alerts, after which an agreed escalation path can be initiated.

Asset Location Audit Trail
The Veritrace Asset & Fleet Management Software includes a full audit trail of all asset movements complete wth digital maps and satellite mapping imagery of each customer defined location. The audit trail aids end of lease asset recovery as well as the recovery of stolen assets.

Asset Management Solutions
The Veritrace Asset & Fleet Management Software can for an addtional monthly fee be expanded to include a full range of asset management features that will benefit individual lessees.

Lease Asset Monitoring Features Include:
